1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the uuubd website, mobile web application, and any related services provided by the Company (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing any part of the uuubd Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon at the time of account registration.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the uuubd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. uuubd strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the uuubd Platform or any other online gaming platform for violations of terms of service , fraud, or abuse of bonuses.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if the Company has reason to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.

Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. The Company takes its obligations with respect to underage gaming extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authority in cases involving minors.

By registering an account on uuubd, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one registered account on the uuubd Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same name, address, device, IP address, bKash number, Nagad number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any associated funds or bonuses may be voided.

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information must remain current throughout the life of your account. You are responsible for updating your details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuubd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in account settings. If you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify uuubd support immediately at [email protected]. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

uuubd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving any withdrawal request or at any other time the Company deems appropriate. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of a registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

uuubd accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. No transaction fees are charged by uuubd on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your uuubd account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event that a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, you should contact uuubd support with your transaction reference number.

uuubd does not accept deposits from credit cards where the funds are borrowed. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high demand may take longer to process. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.

uuubd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

uuubd offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated clearly at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins will expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Sports bets may contribute to wagering requirements only where explicitly stated.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets, or exploiting promotional terms in a way inconsistent with good-faith gaming.
• Seasonal Promotions: uuubd periodically runs promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladeshi market, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the event.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled the terms of an active bonus.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on uuubd are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championships, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Pre-match odds are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change until the market is closed at kick-off or start of play. In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended temporarily during significant match events.

Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once accepted by the system, except where a specific cash-out option is available and explicitly offered. All bets are settled in accordance with official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of any discrepancy between uuubd's displayed result and the official result, the official governing body's result shall prevail.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games available on the uuubd Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The Company does not alter game outcomes in any way.

Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and betting limits are available within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before playing. The Company accepts no liability for technical malfunctions occurring within a third-party game provider's software; in such cases, the relevant game provider's rules and dispute resolution process will apply.

6.3 System Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect displayed game results, or system malfunctions affecting bet acceptance — the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable. The Company will notify affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the uuubd Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or other non-human agent to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's code or game provider software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform as a vehicle.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uuubd staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Depositing funds that are not legally your own or that originate from criminal or illegal activity.

The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and regularly reviews player activity. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all investigations involving potential criminal activity on the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your uuubd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances will be cancelled. Balances of real-money funds at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

If you are closing your account as a responsible gaming measure — for example, because you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your wellbeing — you may request a temporary time-out or permanent self-exclusion. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details of these tools.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (12 months or more without a login).

Where an account is closed by the Company due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the balance is determined not to have been generated through fraudulent means, it will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.
